How to Backup Data and Aplication

How to Backup with Helium Applications
This is the way that I think most good and recommended, especially for those of you who phone him yet in the root. Because this application work for mobile phones already in the root or not. With Helium, you can backup your apps and data to the SD card, Google Drive, DropBox or Box. Helium is also capable of synchronizing data between application android phones, although not how in the same network.
You can also do a scheduled backup for using Helium. This feature is specific to the premium version only. So if you want to enjoy all the advantages of Helium, we recommend buying the Premium version in the Play Store. Now how do we get to backing up applications and data with Helium? I've created this guide below.
Step#1
Download Helium from Google Play and install.
Step#2
Run the Helium app. If your phone is already rooted, it will be prompted for root access, just allow it. Devices that are not already in the root must connect your android phone to your PC or computer first. Here are the steps (specific to phones not yet rooted):
  1. Download and install the Helium desktop installer software on your PC.
  2. Enable USB debugging. How: Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging. If there is no Developer Option, you can bring it in a way: Settings > About Phone > Build Number (tap 7 times to generate developer option).
  3. Open the software then connect your android device to your PC using USB, Helium usually asks you to change the USB connection to Camera mode (PTP).
  4. Follow the guides that appear on the phone screen to activate Helium.
  5. If you successfully activate Helium, then on screen PC / Computer will appear picture like below.
And the same message also appears on the android phone screen. Now you can disconnect USB connection between phone and PC.
Remember! If you turn off your android phone, then you have to connect phone to PC again to activate Helium (specially hp non-root).
Step#3
When you open the Helium app, there will be two tabs: Backup and Restore and Sync.
The "Backup" tab lets you choose which app you want to back up with, check the app you want to back up.
If you want to backup all apps, just swipe to the top of the bar below. Then the menu will appear as shown below:
Select All to check all apps. Check App Data Only (smaller backups) if you choose to backup the data only. But when you restore the application later, you are required to re-download the application file through the Play Store.
Step#4
After determining which applications will be backed up, it is time to press the Backup button to backup the application.
Step#5
Then select a storage location. And wait until the backup process is complete.
Now you have successfully backup the application. Now how do I restore (restore) the already backed up app?
Here are the steps:
  1. Run the Helium app.
  2. Select Restore and Sync tab.
  3. Select and locate where you saved the backup file.
  4. Next, select what applications will be in restore, or you can also restore all applications that are backed up at once.
  5. After that select Restore. Wait until the restore process is complete.

Backup Data Manually with PC

It would be nice if you have a computer or laptop. You can backup files, photos, videos, music, documents, etc. to your computer.
Just connect your android phone to your PC using the USB cable. Select Storage mode (MTP), then move (copy) the data that is on the phone to the computer / laptop hard drive.
